How much does Anweshna cost?

Anweshna plans range from $1,499/month (Growth, billed monthly) to $6,999/month (Pro, billed monthly), with custom pricing for Enterprise. Annual billing saves up to 34% versus monthly. A one-time $999 per-deal option is also available with no subscription required.

What's included in the Growth plan?

Growth ($1,499/month or $13,990/year) includes 5 concurrent deal rooms, 800 document uploads per month, Precision Scan, 25 Deep Scans per month for longer filings, Doc Q&A and summarization, PDF and DOCX export, clause-level risk extraction, and standard encryption with basic permissions.

Are clean rooms included?

Clean rooms are an add-on for the Growth and Pro plans, at $499 a month or $4,990 a year, added as a line item on the plan subscription at checkout or later from Billing, and are custom on Enterprise, arranged in the agreement. They are not available on the one-time per-deal option. A clean room keeps competitively sensitive documents in a separate database schema with its own key, and nothing reaches the deal team until a lead or counsel releases it.

What's the difference between Precision Scan and Deep Scan (Map-Reduce)?

Precision Scan reads a document in a single pass and covers up to about 37 pages; it is included on every plan. The Map-Reduce Deep Scan engine reads longer filings in chunks so nothing is truncated. Growth includes 25 Deep Scans per month, Pro and Enterprise are unmetered, and it is also available on the one-time per-deal option.

Is there a pay-per-deal option?

Yes. The per-deal option is $999 one-time, with no subscription: 1 deal room, 30 days of access, 300 document uploads, full risk scoring on every industry ruleset including Deep Scan for larger filings, and PDF/MD/JSON export.

Can I change or cancel my plan?
